Create a return

You can request a return for eligible items within the return window. Follow these steps:

Go to Account → Orders and open the delivered order.
Select the item(s) you want to return and the reason.
Submit the return request. We'll confirm and send return instructions.
Pack the item and send it back using the provided label or drop-off option.
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed.
