Our Return Policy

You can return most items within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition — unused, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact. Some categories have different rules or are non-returnable (see below).

What can be returned?

Eligible for return

  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Item significantly different from description
  • Item not delivered but marked as delivered
  • Unused clothing, shoes, and accessories
  • Electronics in original sealed packaging

Not eligible for return

  • Perishable goods (food, fresh produce)
  • Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Digital downloads and software
  • Items marked 'Final sale' or 'Non-returnable'
  • Custom or personalised items made to order
  • Hazardous materials
  • Items that have been clearly used, altered, or damaged after delivery

How to return an item

The whole process takes less than 5 minutes to initiate.

Request a return

Go to your Order History in your account, select the order and click 'Request Return'. You have up to 7 days from delivery.

We review your request

Our team reviews your request within 24 hours. You'll receive an email with the outcome and next steps.

Ship the item back

Pack the item securely in its original packaging. A return waybill will be sent to you by email.

Receive your refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days.
