Frequently asked questions
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Yes, but only before the seller ships the order. Contact our support team immediately if you need to change your address.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
Our courier will attempt delivery twice. After two failed attempts, your package will be held at a collection point for 5 business days before being returned to the seller.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Yes. Standard deliveries operate Monday to Saturday. Sunday deliveries may be available in select cities for express orders.
Is there free delivery?
Many sellers offer free delivery on orders above a certain amount. Look for the 'Free delivery' badge on eligible products.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can also track from your account dashboard.
