How to cancel an order

You can cancel an order before it is shipped. Here's how:

  • Go to Account → Orders.
  • Find the order you want to cancel and click "See details".
  • If the order is still being processed, you'll see a "Cancel order" option.
  • Confirm cancellation. If you had already paid, your refund will be processed according to our refund policy.
