Frequently asked questions
Who can send packages?
Anyone with a Subsi account. You can send parcels to friends, family, or business contacts. Sellers on Subsi also use our network for order delivery.
How do I get a quote?
Add your pickup and delivery addresses and package size at checkout. You'll see the fee before you confirm. Fees depend on distance and speed (standard or express).
What can I send?
We support general parcels within our permitted items policy. Restricted and prohibited items (e.g. hazardous goods) are not allowed. See our terms for the full list.
How does the recipient confirm delivery?
When you book, we generate a 5-digit confirmation code. Share it with your recipient. The driver enters this code (or the recipient confirms) to complete delivery. You can optionally request photo or signature proof.
